By entering any Freespirit Pubs venue, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You understand that photography and filming may take place during your visit. Your entry into the premises constitutes your consent to being photographed or recorded, and your consent for Freespirit Pubs to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute those images or recordings in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.
All photographs, video footage, and related media captured within our premises are the exclusive property of Freespirit Pubs. We retain full ownership and rights to use, edit, store, and share this material for any lawful business purpose.
You acknowledge that if you appear in the background or incidentally within a photograph or video, this does not require additional permission from you. Your presence on the premises indicates acceptance of this.
If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify a member of the Freespirit team upon arrival. While we will make all reasonable efforts to avoid capturing your image, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from crowd or background shots.
If children are present, consent is automatically granted by the accompanying parent or legal guardian unless explicitly withdrawn at the time. Please notify staff if you do not wish your child to appear in any imagery.
From time to time, professional photographers or videographers may be present. These individuals operate on behalf of Freespirit Pubs and are covered under this policy.
