This week has seen the return of the sunshine and oh, how wonderful it has been.

Spring in hospitality is a period of renewal, preparation, and increased guest activity. At The Bell Inn, we have already introduced our new Spring menu, featuring lighter and fresher ingredients, with all other sites to follow suit in the coming weeks. You may also want to take advantage of our Spring offers we have running at the moment across our pubs with rooms, especially now that the days are getting longer and lighter! I am also very excited for my upcoming trip to the Cheltenham Festival next week, something that I try to partake in annually. There are many parts in which I find enjoyment – lively crowds, champagne tents, food stalls, betting, celebrations after big races. There is something special about the Cheltenham Festival (does anyone else think this!?) The atmosphere is often electric and arguably, there is nothing else quite like it. I am fortunate enough to be enjoying it with good friends and as far as days out are concerned, it rarely disappoints! Is anyone else heading to Cheltenham next week? If so, I would love to hear from you. I have my tweed jacket ready!
