We’re nearly in December, and it feels like the festivities are fast approaching. For those of you who have followed me for a while, you will remember that I have previously sent out ‘the great Easter debate’ in an attempt to try and settle, well, the great Easter debate! I wanted to know once and for all, the nation’s most loved Easter treat. Now, if I remember correctly, there were two delicious contenders that came in joint first position. Firstly, there was the classic hot cross bun, toasted and served with lashings of butter of course. Secondly, there was the Cadbury’s Cream Egg.
Not only was this extremely meaningful and helpful research, but it was also great fun. So, I have decided to send out something similar today – ‘the great Christmas debate.’ What is THE BEST component of a Christmas Dinner? For me, it’s hard to choose a favourite, there are so many wonderful parts that make the perfect Christmas Dinner. But that’s the fun of it, when forced into a corner, we all can!
When I initially started compiling this list, I included everything from meat to condiments, I mean, who doesn’t love bread sauce and cranberry sauce? But it’s never a good idea to have too many choices and so, what you see below are the final contenders. If this was a physical piece of paper, it would be neatly trimmed and laminated. So, please go ahead and choose your favourite. Lets see if there’s a majority vote! Maybe next week we can settle the debate of Christmas desserts?
